Refunds:
Note: The refund amount will be credited or reflected in the customer’s account within 15 working days.
Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team ( mail- info@surgenutrition.in ) as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. However, please note that once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Refund Eligibility:
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Product Defect or Damage: If the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within a day of receiving the order. We may require supporting evidence, such as photographs or a detailed explanation of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if eligible, provide a refund or replacement.
Incorrect Product: If you received an incorrect product that differs from what you ordered, please notify us within a day. We will arrange for a return and provide a refund or replacement once the incorrect product is returned to us in its original condition.
Non-Delivery: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe ( 2-7 days usually, if exceeded due to unfortunate reasons then the delivery timeframe is 14 days ) please contact us ( info@surgenutrition.in ) We will investigate the issue and issue a refund or arrange for a replacement based on your requirement.
Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations and Returns:
Note: The return should be initiated within 2 days after receiving the order.
Return Eligibility: We accept returns in the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, please contact us within 1 day of receiving the order. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and any restocking fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Product Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us within 1 day. The product must be in its original condition, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Note: Restocking charges will be taken care of by Surge Nutrition.
